Fr. Celsus is joining our parish as a priest in residence for the next few years. Fr. Celsus is in need of a car to drive to
and from Barry University where he will be pursuing his Doctorate Degree.

The St. Max Women’s Club is happy to announce they will issue Scholarships to High School Graduates in June 2012.
The following will be required: - Name of School attending now and GPA
- A copy of your letter of acceptance to a College
- Essay: Your Education Goals
- Letter of reference from a teacher or ministry leader
- Record of your St. Max Service hours which MUST include service hours with the St. Max Women’s Club

Can’t attend the workshops? We have booklets ($2) and CDs ($3) that explain the changes. These are available in the church office.
The new edition of the Roman Missal which will be introduced on the First Sunday of Advent (November 27th, 2011) will give us an opportunity to enter more
fully into the celebration of the Mass. It is intended to enhance our worship of God and deepen our participation in the amazing mystery of our faith, the memorial of our
Lord’s passion, death and resurrection. |

You can now “Submit a Prayer Request” through the Archdiocesan website at
The Sisters of the Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary and the Carmelite Fathers and Brothers will pray daily for the intentions listed on the site.
Users are limited to submitting one request every three days and each request is limited to 150 characters. Prayer requests will remain active for 30 days.
